Development of the forest park zone on the territory of the architectural monument of the national importance "Halytskyi Castle" in Halych

Project description

The project includes improvement of the territory, reconstruction, development and conversion of the forest type of park landscape to the proper park landscape.

Main goal of the project is the renovation of the architectural monument of the national importance Halytskyi Castle (17th century) near the town ecosystems, management and effective management of natural resources.

Economic justification

The implementation of this project will have positive historical, social and economic effects.

Restoration and reconstruction of the historical landscape of Halych Castle will make visits to Halych and National Reserve "Ancient Halych", in particular, more attractive. The number of visitors will increase. Environmental and culture activities will improve.
As a result of the project implementation, it is expected to increase the rating of the National Reserve "Ancient Halych" and the town of Halych, increase the number of guests, increase revenues to the city budget and increase spending on social purposes.

The estimated payback period of the project is 5 years.
