International Meeting Center for student youth of Ukraine and Poland

Project description

The project aim is to build an International Meeting Center for students of Ukraine and Poland as unique platform for establishing cooperation between students of different countries in the context of social, cultural, scientific, educational, economic development and maintaining peace and security.

The implementation of the project corresponds to the main goal of the Development Strategy of Ukraine, which provides for the introduction of European standards in Ukraine. The creation and operation of the Center for meetings of student youth of the two countries corresponds to three of the four strategic vectors of our country movement: development, responsibility vector and pride vectors, as well as regional development programs.

Economic justification Marketing analysis of the market potential for providing services of organizing international scientific, educational, sports and other necessary events for young people showed that there are not any international cooperation Centers for students in Ukraine. The opening of this center will provide relevant and necessary services on the Ukrainian market, which is common in all developed EU countries. The implementation of this project corresponds to and strengthens the European integration of our country.

A detailed marketing analysis of the demand for services planned to be provided by the Center showed the existence of significant interest of Ukrainian students in such opportunities. The results of the sociological study showed that the main areas of activity of the Center that interest students are: joint implementation of innovative projects, participation in scientific conferences, summer schools, establishing personal friendly contacts with foreign students, exchange of experience with students from other countries, joint educational and scientific work.

The location of the Center in the picturesque mountainous area of Ukraine, but at the same time in the center of Europe and near the Ukraine-Poland border is an important favorable factor in attracting potential consumers of services and flexible pricing.

Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University is provided with the land plot of 3.4838 hectares necessary for the project implementation.

All project documentation has been developed and approved:

• Design and estimate documentation;
• State act on the right of permanent use of the land plot;
• Territory development plan;
• Design plan of the building.
