The wind energy will be developing in Ivano-Frankivsk region

The German investors working in the wind energy field have met with the Deputy Head of Regional State Administration Dmytro Romaniuk. The meeting was held with the participation of founders of the German company FEFA Tomas and Fabian Shvartsloze, representatives of Dilman Organic LLC, people`s deputy of Ukraine Ihor Fris, representatives of the structural subdivisions of state administration, Head of Tlumach District State Administration Serhii Haievskyi and Tlumach Amalgamated Hromada Roman Krukhovskyi.
During the meeting an investment agreement on building wind-power units in Tlumach Amalgamated Hromada was discussed.
"Ivano-Franivsk region at all levels of state authority is interested and ready to facilitate the work of foreign investors regardless of their field of activity, - stated Dmytro Romaniuk. – In the last years renewable energy is rapidly evolving in Ukraine. And we are very pleased that the investors are still interested and wish to contribute investments in Ukraine and particularly in Ivano-Frankivsk region".
Among those who are willing to develop their business in Ivano-Frankivsk region is the German company FEFA. This family enterprise has been acting in the renewable energy field since 1996. It carries out full spectrum of work, starting from planning and ending with finished windmills. "As investors, we are committed to long-term work in Ukraine. We want to work at a rapid pace and to assist the local community", - assured the representatives of the company Tomas and Fabian Shvartsloze.
To start with, a German company plans to build 5-6 windmills with a capacity of 20-26 MW in the Prybyliv village. In general, they intend to build 12 windmills. Prior to that, they will investigate wind potential in this locality, start a company and will observe changes in Ukrainian legislation on the renewable energetics. If the wind energy possibilities are favorable the windmills will be build next year. They promise to take into account the windmill’s influence on the environment and people and will discuss each step in business development with the local community.
The successful embodiment of this project will significantly fill up the local budget. For example, 2,5% from the revenue in the first ten years of wind-park job will increase budget in average of 15 million UAH. Starting from the 11-th year the percentage will grow up to 3,5%. So, the community will receive powerful tool for filling up the local budget, creating the working places and social development.
